On 23-25 October the Project Life+ Beskids staff members participated in two major events held by the Landscape Parks Compound of Małopolskie Voivodeship   in Rytro. One of them was the Kick-off Conference for the Project titled „Maintenance of Biological Diversity of Mountain Meadows and Pasture by Means of Pastoral Economy”  co-financed with the European Regional Development Fund within the framework of the Regional Operational Programme for the Years  2014 – 2020. Celebration of the 30th anniversary of establishment of the Poprad Landscape Park was the other event.

On the first day of the Conference the presentation on the Project titled „Eye to Eye with Sheep – Project Life+ Beskids Deliverables” was delivered by Ms Anna Smolarska – the Project Senior Staff Member. The presentation referred to the Project issues focusing on environmental concerns of sheep grazing in   Beskid Żywiecki and Beskid Śląski for the purpose of publicising environmental monitoring measures outcome.
