On 13th of October 2018 on Stary Groń in the Municipality of Brenna, the Shepherding Event was held to celebrate the opening of the Shepherd’s Hut that had been erected in cooperation with the Municipality of Brenna within the framework of the Life Beskidy Project.
The event participants had the opportunity inter alia to see the way the regional speciality that is widely known - oscypek [smoked ewe's milk cheese made in the Tatry Mountains] and bundz [sheep milk cheese] is made as well as to taste regional products including roasted lamb. In the course of the cotton felting workshop the younger participants of the event could produce felt decorations.
The sheep in the enclosure, that was a big attraction, was curiously looking.
