Ochrona zbiorowisk nieleśnych na terenie Beskidzkich Parków Krajobrazowych

2nd meeting of the implementers of LIFE NATURA Projects

On 3rd and 4th December 2015 the employees of the Life+ ‘Beskidy’ Section participated in the 2nd meeting of the implementers of the LIFE NATURA Projects organised by the Project No. LIFE11 NAT/PL/432 entitled ‘Protection of valuable natural non-forest habitats typical of the Orle Gniazda Landscape Park’.

On the first day of the meeting issues connected with the current implementation of the projects, the completion and settlement as well as financial aspects of the implementation were addressed during a panel discussion. The form of discussions was similar to the one on the 1st meeting of the implementers organised by the Kampinos National Park. The participants were divided into three groups, each was assigned one main issue: finances, settlement and completion of the project as well as the description of the project. Each group addressed important issues regarding the majority of projects therefore the whole panel discussion was successful.

The issues connected with the purchase of land, works in the field of active environmental protection and general problems in the implementation were discussed on the second day during the field trip in the Orle Gniazda Landscape Park on the areas where the Life+ Jura project was implemented.

The cooperation between the LIFE NATURA projects is an important element of managing projects and it facilitates the prevention of problems, leads to the development of universal solutions of problems and raises the awareness about the aims of environmental protection.

Therefore, we would like to encourage you to establish cooperation with the Life+ Beskidy Project.
